Dilapidated H1 coach

Complaint Description

The H1 coach is dilapidated. The toilet was leaking from the roof. No cleaning done until requested. The doors are broken , no toilet papers, rusted taps, push up taps of ancient era, no water in the jet spray taps. Need reforms as we are paying for First AC but travelling like pigs. Reforms should be in every angle not to concentrate only on a partcular area. The route is forgotten by Railways I think... no care, no good food inseffective catering. please do somthing for upgrading the coaches.
