Mobile charging facilities not available in side lower or side upper side
Complaint Description
I am travelling by Train No. 13287 (Durg–Ara South Bihar Express) and have been allotted an SL berth in Coach A2. I would like to bring to your attention that there is no mobile charging facility available at either the SL or SU berth. This is causing considerable inconvenience, especially during a long journey. Moreover, the train is already running approximately 2–4 hours late, making access to a charging facility even more important. It is not practical to repeatedly go to other passengers’ seats to charge my mobile phone. I therefore request you to kindly look into this issue and arrange/restore the charging facility at the earliest for the convenience of passengers. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
