I am srinu I buy a offline sleeper tickets price is 2800 rupees train number 20806 new delhi to vishakapatnam train but now
Complaint Description
Yes. I have now checked the **payment screenshot together with your ticket**. The payment screenshot clearly shows: * **Amount paid: ₹2,800** * **Date:** 09 September 2026 * **Time:** 05:37 PM * **Paid to:** KUSUM * **UPI:** ending **4409@ptyes** * **PhonePe Transaction ID:** T2609091737334917746925 * **UTR:** 163488355929 And your railway ticket shows: * **Train No.: 20806** * **New Delhi → Visakhapatnam** * **2 passengers** * **Sleeper fare: ₹1,800** * **Excess fare: ₹1,000** * **Total: ₹2,800** * **Ticket No.: 0355398** So the complaint should state that **you paid ₹2,800 at the New Delhi railway ticket-counter transaction, and the railway ticket itself records ₹1,800 fare + ₹1,000 excess fare = ₹2,800.** One careful point: the PhonePe screenshot proves that ₹2,800 was transferred to the displayed account **KUSUM**. It does not by itself prove who that person is, so in the complaint we should say **“payment made at the railway counter/through the counter transaction”** and ask Railway authorities to verify the recipient and transaction. ### Final complaint — ready to submit **Subject: URGENT COMPLAINT – Sleeper accommodation not provided despite payment of ₹2,800 – Train No. 20806** > Respected Sir/Madam, > > My name is **G.
