Complaint Regarding Rude Behaviour by Cleaning Staff on Train
Complaint Description
I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding an unpleasant incident involving a cleaning staff member named Dilbar. We had kept our luggage near the door, in the designated area where luggage could be kept, as our station was approaching. I was travelling with my mother, who is a patient, and it would have been extremely difficult for us to move and manage the luggage at the last moment when the train reached the station. We therefore kept our luggage near the door in advance so that we could get down safely and without causing any inconvenience to other passengers. Despite this, the cleaning staff member, Dilbar, shouted at us and verbally abused us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. His behaviour was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. We understand that staff members have responsibilities and may need to instruct passengers if there is any issue. However, such matters should be communicated politely and respectfully. There was absolutely no need for shouting or verbal abuse, especially when I was travelling with my mother, who is a patient. I request the concerned authorities to take this complaint seriously, investigate the incident, and take appropriate action against the staff member. Passengers, particularly elderly or medically unwell individuals and their accompanying family members, should be treated with courtesy, empathy, and respect. Please acknowledge my complaint and inform me about the action taken regarding this incident.
