Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the sale of drinking water on Train No. 16128 on 12 September 2026. My PNR number is 4950098857. Rail Neer was not available for sale inside the train. Instead, the onboard catering staff were selling water bottles from other brands. This appears to be contrary to the applicable railway catering guidelines, under which Rail Neer should be made available wherever required. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the concerned onboard catering staff or contractor. Please also ensure that Rail Neer is made available to passengers and that unauthorized or alternative brands are not sold in violation of railway rules.
