Complaint Description
I am travelling in a 2AC coach, but the coach is extremely outdated and appears to be very old. The overall design, facilities and interior feel more like an old sleeper/general-class coach rather than a modern 2AC coach. Although cleanliness is not an issue, the coach does not provide the standard and comfort expected from 2AC. I request Indian Railways to kindly inspect this coach and consider replacing such old coaches with newer, upgraded 2AC coaches for better passenger comfort and facilities.
