Complaint Description
My train is running approximately 8–9 hours late, which has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. Such a long delay is extremely difficult for passengers, especially when they have further plans or commitments at their destination. I request Indian Railways to kindly look into the reason for this excessive delay and take necessary action to minimize such delays in the future. Please also provide passengers with accurate and timely information regarding the train’s expected arrival and departure times.
