Late I want to lodge a complaint regarding Train No. 20817 (Bhubaneswar–New Delhi).
Complaint Description
I want to lodge a complaint regarding Train No. 20817 (Bhubaneswar–New Delhi). The scheduled arrival time at New Delhi was 9:55 AM, but the train reached around 1:45 PM, causing a delay of nearly 4 hours. I was travelling in Coach B5, Seat No. 6. My elderly parents were travelling in Coach B4, Seat Nos. 33 and 36. Due to the prolonged delay, they faced significant discomfort as senior citizens. I request Indian Railways to investigate the reason for the excessive delay, take appropriate action, and provide suitable compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused, especially considering the senior citizen passengers.
