Complaint Description

Subject: Request to Reopen Complaint No. 20261003387 I had already submitted Complaint No. 20261003387 regarding the incident dated 03/10/2026 in Train No. 56919 (Hubballi–Vijayapura) while travelling from Gadag to Guledagudda. Although I had shown the valid ticket, ₹550/- was collected as penalty without providing a receipt. The concerned TC/TTE also behaved improperly in the presence of my children. The complaint has been closed without informing me or properly considering my grievance. I therefore request you to kindly reopen the complaint, conduct a fair inquiry, take appropriate action and provide me justice.
