Mouse and cockroaches under my berth..
Complaint Description
Train 19031 (Yoga Express), 11 October 2026. A mouse and cockroaches are present under my berth, as shown in the attached video. This is unhygienic and a health risk, and my luggage may get damaged. Please arrange pest control and cleaning immediately, and shift me to another clean berth if possible. As I start feeling they might enter into the food
