Delaying of train no. 05220
Complaint Description
Respected sir, maam I booked a ticket of train no. 05220 ANVT MFP SPL to reach my hometown patna nearest (Danapur) from Anand vihar terminal delhi which was scheduled to leave at 12:00 at the afternoon from Anand vihar after reaching to the station I came to know that the train is delayed for 6.45 min . I want my money to be refunded and urge the railways dept make some stringent rules regarding this concern. As the people always face such issues in this route and getting tickets is also not easy in the same route . Moreover , Railway has no alternative for the people who doesnt get the confirm tickets as I always face difficulty to get ticket although I travel only on the festive occasion .All the more the conditions of all the trains via this route is dilapidated and ranshackled and ragged . Therefore, I request Indian railways to set in some new trains in this route and expeditiously fixed the issue of delaying in train. Thanks.
