Complaint Text
Train is late by 3 hours
Complaint Description
The train was delayed by 3 hours. We always trust the railway system and expect trains to reach their destinations on time. Such a long delay has made this journey extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This is unacceptable and reflects a lack of punctuality and consideration for passengers.
