Complaint Description
Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention the frequent delays of Train No. 18189, as mentioned in the PNR details provided above. While occasional delays are understandable, this train has been running late almost every day, causing significant inconvenience to passengers. Such persistent delays are affecting passengers' daily schedules and disrupting their onward travel plans, thereby reducing the reliability of public transportation. I request the concerned railway authorities to look into this issue, identify the reasons for these recurring delays, and take the necessary corrective measures to ensure that the train operates on time. I hope the authorities will take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest in the interest of all passengers. Thank you. Yours faithfully, A Concerned Passenger
