Theft in the coach in the vicinity of the Anand Vihar Railway Station and No movment of the RPF in the coach.
Complaint Description
Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a theft that took place during my journey, involving suspicious coordination between unauthorized individuals and the onboard support staff Mr. Vinod Kumar mobile no 9568393761. The incident Unusual pressure to clear compartment. On 29th October 2026, after Ghaziabad an unknown tall medium buildup man of around 35-40 years of age entered our coach and forcefully insisted that we move our luggage out immediately, claiming the train would make a very brief stop. Although we initially ignored him. he aggressively opened our compartment door after crossing Sahibabad and shouted at us. to avoid confrontation, we kept our luggage organized inside the compartment. Intervention by Support Staff: Shortly after, the onboard support staff entered our compartment under the pretext of collecting bed sheets and confirming the urgency that train will move early for cleaning purpose , forcing us to shift our luggage towards the gate area. Distraction and Encirclement: Upon moving near the exit gate a medium-built man (approximately 37-42 years of age) approached me and engaged me in conversation. Simultaneously, another individual pointed out that i had a leg impairment. Within moments, a group of about six men surrounded my son and me, completely obstructing our line of sight to our luggage. THE Theft: When i asked the group to step aside to let us pass, they refused, claiming they would exit from the other side, after which they abruptly left the coach together as a group. I discovered the theft after reaching home, when I open the bag I found that my inner bag with gold, silver and money was missing from the luggage bag, it was cut from inside. Throughout the entire journey from 28th to 29th October 2026, not a single Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel visited our compartment for routine security patrolling or checkups. I lost Gold ring with burfi design, Gold ear ring, silver payal (anklet) and cash amounting Rs 900/ (denomination 100*4+500*1) Total worth of item stolen Rs 175900 approx. The timing and coordination between the support staff demanding immediate compartment clearance and group creating distraction raise strong suspicions of connivance. I request you to urgently: Initiate an enquiry into the onboard cleaning/support staff on duty in the coach no H1 on 29th October 2026. Review CCTV footage from Ghaziabad, Sahibabad and Anand Vihar Terminal stations to identify the group of men involved. Please investigate to recover our stolen belongings and hold those responsible accountable. Please also find attached herewith the picture of bag with inner cut
