Complaint Description
Yesterday (20/04/2026), I booked the one ticket PNR no. 2516390981 train no.14118 Bhiwani to mainpuri for 21/04/2026 three persons with vikalp opt. I want to change boarding station from Bhiwani to old Delhi for same train dated 21/04/2026. When I try to change, facing issue and giving the message " not allowed". The passenger will board from old Delhi. The passenger who are boarding from Delhi is Senior Citizen and having 70+ age. Due to health condition, he unbale to reach Bhiwani and catch the train on time. right now, he is available in Delhi and want to take boarding from Delhi. Today (21/04/2026), before preparing the Charts, raised & mail the request on respected email id.
