Poor Hygiene and Foul Smell in AC 3-Tier Coach Due to Washroom and Maintenance Issues
Complaint Description
I would like to complain about the poor condition and hygiene in my AC 3-tier coach during the journey. There was a very bad smell coming inside the coach due to the coach door not closing properly and damaged rubber sealing. The smell from the washroom was spreading throughout the coach. I complained to the onboard staff and they sprayed room freshener, but it was not effective. In the morning, there was no water in the washroom, due to which the situation became worse and the bad smell increased further. Because of these issues, neither I nor my family could sleep properly throughout the night. The condition of the AC 3-tier coach was worse than a sleeper coach. Kindly take immediate action and improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the coach.
