I Booked 2nd Class Sleeper In Train No 14701 And The Situation Is In The Train Is Very Bad All Local Passangers Are Travel In My Coach If We Travel In The 2nd Class with general ticket so why this reservation process is mandatory and why we pay extra for comfort
