Complaint Description
I wish to register a strict complaint regarding the excessive delay of Train No. 12261. It is extremely disappointing that a premium train service is unable to maintain punctuality. Passengers depend on scheduled timings for important commitments, connecting transport, and family responsibilities. Such delays cause unnecessary stress, inconvenience, financial loss, and mismanagement of travel plans. Additionally, proper updates and communication regarding revised timings are not being provided to passengers. Indian Railways must take immediate corrective action to improve punctuality, passenger communication, and operational accountability for this train. Kindly treat this complaint seriously and ensure such repeated delays are avoided in future.
