How can RAC-2 change to RAC-41.
Complaint Description
Extremely disappointed with the Indian Railways reservation system. Train: Malda–Surat Express Journey: Farraka to Surat PNR: 6501246324 Before chart preparation, the ticket status was RAC-2, giving hope of confirmation. But after chart preparation it suddenly became RAC-41. How can a passenger move 39 positions backwards after charting? This is completely unfair and confusing. My sister is already inside the train and is facing great difficulty while travelling due to this unexpected RAC situation. Passengers cannot be mentally harassed like this after paying full fare and trusting the reservation system. Requesting Indian Railways and IRCTC to urgently look into this matter and provide a proper solution and clarification regarding this drastic change in RAC status.
