Urgent Complaint and Compensation Claim for Severe Damages to Scooty During Railway Parcel Transit.
Complaint Description
Dear Sir, I am extremely disappointed with the careless and irresponsible handling of my scooty during railway parcel transportation. Due to negligence during transit/loading-unloading, my vehicle has suffered multiple damages, causing financial loss and mental harassment. Vehicle & Parcel Details: Scooty Number: RJ 14 ZH 5033 PRR Number: 2025791869 Train Number: 06544 Date of Booking: 11 May 2026 Date of Loading: 16 May 2026 Date of Delivery: 18 May 2026 Damages Found on Vehicle: Mud cover damaged Side fittings damaged Name plates broken Body cover broken Scratches on entire body Front bonnet damaged/misaligned Front tire displaced from fixed position The vehicle was handed over in proper and safe condition at the time of booking, but it was delivered in severely damaged condition due to negligent handling by railway parcel staff. I have already sent mails regarding this matter on “porctsbc@gmail.com”, but till now no proper response or action has been taken. Such irresponsible behaviour and delay in resolving genuine claims is highly unacceptable. I request you to immediately: Process my damage compensation claim, Approve repair/reimbursement amount for all damages, Take necessary action against negligent handling during parcel transportation. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint before higher railway authorities, RailMadad, Consumer Forum, and other appropriate grievance platforms. Photos/videos of damages, parcel receipt, and acknowledgement copy are attached for reference. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide immediate resolution.
