Train No. 04072 has been standing outside Saharsa station for more than three hours and has covered only about 20–30 kilometers during this period. Its scheduled time was 3:45 PM, but the delay has now extended until around 8:00 PM. Taking more than three to four hours to travel such a short distance is highly unreasonable. Most passengers traveling on this train are ordinary people, and such excessive delays result in a significant waste of their valuable time. It seems as though there is no accountability for the inconvenience caused to passengers.
