I would like to raise a complaint regarding the berth allocation in my train reservation. A senior citizen aged 61 years was allotted an upper berth despite the fact that senior citizens generally require lower berths for their comfort and safety. Traveling on an upper berth can be difficult and risky for elderly passengers, especially during night journeys. I request you to kindly review this matter and explain why a lower berth was not allotted. I also request that suitable arrangements be made, if possible, and that greater consideration be given to senior citizens during berth allocation in the future.
