Unhygienic toilets in AC 1st coach due to non separation of general and AC 1st coach
Complaint Description
The general coach was connected to the AC 1st coach and generally there is a partition blocking the two coaches but in this train they were not separated and it was literally a safety concern and a hygiene issue. There were random people from the general coach that were using the toilets and there was no cleaner for the toilet. Even after paying so much money for AC 1st, basic amenities like a clean toilet isn’t available . Shame on Indian railways. The attendants refused to do anything about it and asked us to just tweet about it. Absolutely dire state of affairs. When we complained about the issue the coach attendant said that the partition between the two coaches won’t close but now that I’m complaining about the issue, I see that they’ve closed the channel between the two coaches. The attendant was extremely rude and ignorant towards our requests and is NOT doing his job properly.
