Filthy train and drunk Coach Attendant constantly demanding money
Complaint Description
The train was not clean, unhygienic and stinking, though train was starting from Bandra. The toilet was filthy and filled with poop and wash basin was clogged with gutkha. The Coach Attendant proving bedcover/blankets was drunk and constantly chewing gutkha and filled the train with foul smell of liquor and gutkha every time he talked. Further, he kept pestering me for money (four times), which I avoided and was also pestering and collecting money from other passengers. He also kept asking me to submit feedback of linen services, which I refused. He finally relented and stayed away once I told him that I would be bringing his behaviour to the kind attention of Shri. Vaishnavji. The overall travel experience was very bad and made us feel very unsafe in a filthy train where we were constantly harassed by a drunk foul smelling Coach Attendant. You may please have concerned Railway officials conduct surprise checks and visits to improve the customer travel experience and take necessary action against the Coach Attendant.
