TTE allocated seats to RAC passanges on system but never gave them the actual seat and allowed someone else to occupy those seats.
Complaint Description
Yesterday we were travelling from Jammu tawi to Jaipur we had RAC 3,4,5,6 . The TTE who boarded from Jammu did not allot us any seat. Till morning 5 AM 4 of us had to share 2 seats and were unable to sleep and this is happening with senior citizens. In morning we got to know that 2 seats A1 4 and A1 31 are already alloted. TTE from Jammu alloted seats to us in system but never gave seats to us. We raised issue on railmadad and it was closed without resolution.
