Complaint Regarding 8-Hour Train Delay
Complaint Description
I am writing to complain about the excessive delay of my train, which arrived more than 8 hours late. This caused significant inconvenience, disrupted my travel plans, and resulted in unnecessary stress. I kindly request that the Railway Department investigate the reason for this delay and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents in the future. I look forward to your response.
