Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable delay of my scheduled journey on June 20, from Howrah to Asansol, via Train No. 04051. My PNR number for this journey is 6605432978. The train was delayed by a massive 7 hours in reaching Asansol. Because of this extreme delay, my entire schedule was ruined, and my highly important professional work was completely hampered. When a passenger books a ticket, they trust the railways to maintain a reasonable schedule. A 7-hour delay without adequate contingencies is not just an inconvenience; it resulted in a total waste of my time and money. I request you to look into this specific train's delay and kindly advise if there is any provision for compensation or a partial refund for the immense distress and professional loss caused to me by this mismanagement.
