Disappointed unprofessional service
Complaint Description
Disappointed with the Indian railway such a unprofessional service better then you guys a local stress auto drivers are truthful and reliable and trustworthy 12 midnight till morning 6 wasted time sleepless night and time in railway station why you people are give us so much hard time if you are not well off to run the system please quite there are so many talented younger smart people to run a professional system. At 12 midnight I asked station manager at what time 11014 train are going to arrive he said at 4 when I check in multiple applications all fall timings such a disastrous now 6 AM early morning still no update waste please improve and be serious if you people are irresponsible behaviour at least learn to respect others time thanks you for attending to this matter I look forward for a bright service thank you
