Complaint Description
The train was showing in bareilly 15 minute late and after that 40 minute late and train came and after departure train Stop at Nagaria Sadat station and passed 2 trains. Them again late, and now in moradabad outer 45 minutes standing and total late 2 hours, very shameful. Bareilly to moradabd distance 94 kilomter and alrady 2 hous late, , ver, poor services, why are you charging express fairvwhen this is also not passenger train, that is also better, poor quality of operation. Still train is standing, why you passed train and keep standing other one, are we not person? I am a senior citizen and sugar patient, my brother is standing since two hous at Moradabad with food for me.
