Complaint Description

Indian Railways, Kindly make make your system corrupt free and stop recruiting corrupted TT's who take advantage of someones problem due to your railway mistakes. My PNR no. is 2740670630 and I had reservation of 2nd ac from New Delhi to Guwahati. The train was diverted due to flood and reached 6 hours late at Guwahati station. I had to travel more from Guwahati to Tezpur nearby station Rangapara North junction. The train last destination is Dibrugarh and due to diversion the train is about to pass through Rangapara North junction. So i decided not to deboard the train and travel to Rangapara station I was with my family my sister in law, my nephew and niece.Total we are 2 adult and 2 children age 15 and 5 years. A TT came when the train departed from Guwahati and asked me to pay fare from Guwahati to Rangapara near about 5 thousand but convinced at 4000 without giving me any receipt or ticket.When i asked him about the ticket he told me to pay 7500 amount which i was not ready to pay as he was misleading me.
