Train no 15664/ SCL AGTL EXP doesn't have a single well cleaned Fan in any of the Second sitting (2S) coaches so the blow of the fans are very poor
Complaint Description
In Second sitting (2S) Coaches like D1,D2,D3 of Train no 15664/ SCL AGTL EXP doesn't have a single well cleaned Fan in these respective coaches So the blow of the fans are very poor and we people are bound to suffer a lot of suffocating in this heavy summer. Please immediately look into the matter and do needful act of cleanliness of fans in favour the common people
