ill mannered atitude of the employee towards stranded passenger without humanity
Complaint Description
on 31-7-2026 my mother in law was travelling by vande bharat. there was no help available for the incapaciated person. the attendent [my wife] helped her to get into trian. the door got locked. the railway personal did not help the stuck attender instead levied a fine as a ticketless traveller. the act should be condemned and no action was taken despite complaining in railmad app.
