Complaint Description

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket for Train No. 18310. At the time of booking, the ticket was in waiting list. However, 3 days before the scheduled journey, I received a message on my mobile stating that the train had been cancelled due to operational reasons. Since the train was cancelled by the Railways, I would like to know when the refund of my ticket amount will be credited to my account. Kindly check the status of my refund and process it at the earliest. Please also confirm the expected refund date. Ticket/PNR Details: 1655 AND 0529 Thank you for your assistance.
