URGENT SECURITY COMPLAINT – TRAIN 12196
Complaint Description
I am travelling right now in Train No. 12196, Coach C1, PNR 2161047722. My reserved coach is heavily overcrowded with unreserved passengers, which is creating a serious security and safety concern for reserved passengers. This is completely unacceptable. Please send RPF/railway security staff to Coach C1 immediately and remove unauthorized/unreserved passengers from the reserved coach. I am currently travelling in the train, so immediate action is required. Please do not ignore this complaint.
