Complaint Description
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Railway Department, especially train 06565 SMVB–MLDT SPL.( On 23-08-2026 @11:40pm ).Despite having confirmed reservations, we were forced to share our reserved space with unauthorized passengers. This was humiliating, unsafe and completely unacceptable.I would like to explain the tricks which are underwent whn we told police officials and TT person that we won't share place.i want to meet the right person and explain what exactly happened.whomsoever concerned plzzz do reply...we were literally panicked .But I m looking forward to make it official so everyone knows what suddenly we are made to face
