The train frequently arrives late while reaching guwahati causing inconvience to regular passengers.It gives crossing even to goods train while jan shatabdi is an important train.Railways should refund a part of the ticket amount if gets delayed by more than half an hour. it is a short distance train,so punctuality should be strictly followed.
