Complaint Description
Sir, my name is D. Siva. Regarding my booking, I reserved two tickets (PNR: 4241868323) for travel on 25-08-2026 from MGR Chennai Central to Vijayawada. Only one ticket has been confirmed, while the second one still shows as waitlisted. Even though the scheduled departure time has passed, the ticket has not yet been cancelled on the IRCTC platform. According to Indian Railways rules, an unconfirmed ticket should be cancelled, and a refund of three-quarters of the fare should be provided. Please consider my complaint.
