Regarding overcharging
Complaint Description
I am requesting the railway department that my train ticket was from DDU to BWH but it was not confirmed. I had decided to travel in sleeper by taking a general ticket but after this When they come to Parasnath station, I pay them whatever fine is due, but the ticket fare quoted by them from DDU to BWH is Rs 420 and the actual fare is Rs 375. I have proof of this, so I would request the Railway Ministry to return my extra money to my account, otherwise I will have to face the court and that TTE should be suspended immediately.
