The train is getting late by 7-6 hrs
Complaint Description
I am having my train ticket in train number 09190 it was having time to reach lucknow Charbagh at 4:25 but it report at 10:15 after that the train departed from there and still it is too late to reach kanpur junction it is standing in any outer area and getting late for more time this is how the situation is of indian railway and also there is no cleanliness in the coaches
