Train number 05736 ASR special arriving too late, need to report on this special train

Complaint Description

Train number 05736 ASR special train needs to be arrived at 9 pm at katihar Jn, but its 11:35 pm right now ,still train will not arrived to the station. Its showing 2 hour late, every train running on same time, but why this train will be delayed, my parents are too old and its difficult gor them to survive on tgis type of miss-management. There are other old traveler patients also, why railway did not resolve this issue yet. Please lookup into this natter ASAP and resolve this tentative problem as early as possible.
