Complaint Description
I have booked a ticket on 17th June 2026.For 17th July 2026 .From CTC to MAS. But my tkt not confirmed so that tkt cancelled automatically. But the ticket cancelled amount has not refunded in my bank account. So I humbly request you that please you refund my ticket cancellation amount.
