Complaint Regarding 40-Minute Delay of Train No. 64514 and Its Impact on Daily Commuters
Complaint Description
Sir/Madam, I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the excessive delay of Train No. 64514 (Nangal Dam – Ambala Cantt.). Today, the train is running approximately 40 minutes late, causing serious inconvenience to daily commuters. This is not an isolated incident, as the train has been getting delayed frequently despite my earlier complaint on the same issue. The recurring delays are causing significant inconvenience to passengers and affecting their ability to reach their destinations on time. I request the Railway Administration to investigate the reason for the repeated delays and take immediate corrective measures to ensure the punctual operation of the train. I also request that my grievance be addressed with a specific explanation instead of a routine response. Kindly inform whether the Railways accepts any responsibility for the inconvenience and adverse consequences suffered by passengers due to such recurring delays. I shall be grateful for your prompt action.
